Other then appliances being little older, i enjoy my townhome, location is perfect right next to bangater takes me 5 min to get to work.

Is a good place to live, but the utilities are too expensive. Last month I paid $173.30 (water, sewer, trash, CAM FEE and service fee) $ 47.76 just for water and this month my new bill total is $214.34, $88.08 for water... that’s too much for only 4 person in my unit!!!!!! Too expensive....
