I moved in with the hopes that this would be a great place to stay while I saved money to get into a house, due to credit issues I also need to build credit as well. I am on section 8 housing. This place charges you water, sewer and trash AND a CAM fee for who knows what ALSO the real estate taxes.. So on top of the monthly rent you are normally sitting at about $120-$145 EXTRA fees.. NOT to mention your gas and electric as well. Also we decided after moving in that we would get a family cat. They charge a $300 pet deposit and $200 is NON refundable, also the pet rent for a CAT is $35.00 a month. So basically I am unable to save any $ at all due to the fees that they charge. Upon move in a lot of things were rigged to look ok but shortly after moving in they started to fall apart. I work a normal M-F 7:-3 job and have kids in sports, getting my rent paid is also a joke as they have the drop box screwed shut and the office is open whenever.. when it snows I cannot get my car in because the snow plows show up 2 days later.. Kids are brats . As far as the other reviews saying that tere is bugs, I have not seen bugs. I was so excited to move into this place and NOW I CANNOT wait to move OUT!! Be cautious if you plan to move here. You will end up paying about $1400.00 a month
