HEADS up on this place the management there is bad you pay around close to 400 in cam fees Im not the only one there's a lot of people complainng and he gets away with it I'm happy out of there found a better place and clean no bugs no dirty carpet he would always charge me for everything they had to fix who gets a water bill for almost $400 that's crazy cam fees just be careful make sure before you sign your lease go in and check the place cause management is a big liar they new management these apartments need to be reported I don't know how people can give this place a five-star that's disgusting

We are so happy here. The grounds are very clean and Izzy was amazing. He answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. You should give that guy a raise!

I love it here! I just moved in not long ago and I am so happy I did. The apartments are spacious, pet friendly, and close to everything! Management is really nice and has always been very helpful. Izzy is always greeting us as if we were family and making sure our needs as tenants are taken care of. Would highly recommend this complex to friends and family.

The manager Izzy is always super friendly and helpful and there to help with any problems! Maintenance is awesome and always makes sure you are taken care of. Property is always very well kept and clean!

I've had a pleasant experience so far. Management is very responsive and easy to work with. My neighbors are friendly, and there is a general sense of safety at this complex. The unit is clean and i haven't had any issues with insects or rodents!

I'm not sure if I should rate this place, as I do not currently reside there. I went to inquire about renting there and I was greeted sincerely and promptly. I had a bunch of questions that were all answered thoroughly and with knowledge, not just a vague guess, like I've experienced recently while apartment hunting. I really would like to move sooner than they have an opening, but after owning for 10+ years and the apartment hunt experience I've had over the past few weeks, I'm willing and luckily able to hold out for a while longer, and wait for the unit to become available. I hope I meet their criteria and that my application is approved so I can call the Mulberry Park home. UPDATE: I was approved and am moving in 2 days!! Yay!
