Lived at Mulberry recently, thought I'd give another place a try. I've been dealing with a hellish apt manager since. I just wanted to say, no other property or apt manager compares to the property manager at Mulberry! Izzy is one of the most amazing property managers I've ever had to deal with. He was reasonable and I felt he was really responsive to my concerns, as well as responded quickly to my maintenance requests, all while rocking an infectiously charming smile! His willingness to help me with anything, is one of the reasons why I might be moving back to Mulberry!

We found Mulberry Park when we were looking for a short-term stay that was originally intended to be only 6 months but circumstances extended our stay out to 19 months. While we had a 3 bedroom townhome for a family of 6 it was definitely cozy but did enjoy our stay overall. The management was very friendly, and responsive to maintenance requests and accommodating to various needs that arose. The area where our building was had good neighbors and was generally quiet for an apartment. The location of the complex is nice proximity to shops, restaurants, and freeway access.
